Je suis un thérapeute informé en traumatologie et j'évolue continuellement à mesure que j'élargis mes compétences en suivant des formations continues liées à l'attachement sain, au travail des pièces, aux techniques somatiques et à la régulation du système nerveux. Je suis titulaire d'une formation de base EMDR et je suis spécialiste en traumatologie en hypnothérapie en conseil clinique. Ma pratique aborde la dépression, l'anxiété, les traumatismes, le chagrin, la honte, la culpabilité, la dissociation et j'intègre diverses approches, en m'assurant qu'elles trouvent un écho auprès de mes clients alors qu'ils évoluent vers un changement de schémas récurrents et inutiles. De plus, mon objectif est de soutenir les clients dans leurs transitions de vie, leurs douleurs chroniques, leur stress, leur faible estime de soi et leurs luttes identitaires. Mon intention est de les aider à se libérer de leur peur, à retrouver leur identité authentique et à libérer tout leur potentiel.

My Services 

I provide a welcoming, non-judgmental space filled with empathy and unconditional positive regard. I implement various treatment approaches including EMDR Therapy, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Somatic/Body Awareness, Hypnosis and Couples Counselling. As I work with you, we will collaboratively develop a treatment plan that is based on your needs, personality, preferences and interests.

I strive to work with my clients’ uniqueness and provide you with tailored approaches that will empower you to achieve goals successfully. Together, with my your guidance, we will expand your “emotional intelligence toolbox” by exploring and practicing emotion regulation strategies, soothing skills, healthy communication and relational patterns. If you are looking for relationship guidance, support navigating a life transition and identity challenges, I will provide you with tools that will help you overcome any symptoms of anxiety, depression, strong emotions and/or trauma responses. I can also support you as you navigate grief, stress, burnout or chronic pain.

EMDR Therapy

EMDR is a scientifically validated therapy technique designed to alleviate distress associated with traumatic memories and other mental health concerns. By engaging in Bilateral Stimulation (BLS), typically through tactile stimulation or eye movements, clients can reprocess upsetting experiences more effectively, ;leading to emotional healing and symptom relief.

Techniques like mindfulness, body scans and movement will help you develop a deeper connection between your body and mind, and facilitate healing and personal growth.

Conseils de couple

Une partie intégrante de ma pratique consiste à accompagner les couples dans leur développement de relations d'attachement sûres, saines et respectueuses. Pour ce faire, j'utilise des méthodes expérientielles issues de modalités fondées sur des preuves, ancrées dans les neurosciences, la théorie de l'attachement et la biologie de l'excitation humaine. Les approches que j'ai trouvées efficaces lorsque je travaille en collaboration avec des couples comprennent les approches psychobiologiques du conseil de couple (PACT), la thérapie de couple centrée sur les émotions (EFT) et la méthode Gottman.

About Me

I grew up in Quebec, where I obtained a diploma in Arts & Communications and moved to Revelstoke, BC in 2008,  after completing my Bachelor's Degree in Outdoor Adventure Tourism. I’ve been here ever since as I am grateful for the life it affords me! I’m inspired by my connections with people and believe that every person holds infinite potential. I view life as a journey of a thousand experiences which are shaped by our perceptions. As a result, I chose to complete my Masters of Counselling Psychology Degree at Yorkville University in 2021 and later registered with the British Columbia Association of Clinical Counsellors (BCACC) as an Registered Clinical Counsellor (RCC).
